CAP Infinity Intermediate: Now Open!
CAP Infinity Intermediate is the latest addition to the CAP Infinity Suite, a series of specialized courses designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of Community Action professionals. Building on the success of CAP Infinity Basic, this new course offers a more focused approach to continuous improvement and strategic skills development.
What is CAP Infinity Intermediate?
CAP Infinity Intermediate is a dynamic course tailored for those in the Community Action sector who seek to deepen their understanding and expertise. This course covers topics like advanced organizational tools, problem-solving strategies, coaching and mentoring techniques, project management, and in-depth SWOT and SOAR analysis. It's designed to provide a comprehensive training experience that strengthens individual skills and the collective capabilities of the Community Action network.
Who is it for?
This course is ideal for Community Action leaders, managers, department heads, senior staff, or professionals who have completed CAP Infinity Basic or possess a solid foundation in continuous improvement principles. Whether you're looking to build on your existing knowledge or jump into more advanced topics, CAP Infinity Intermediate offers flexibility to accommodate different experience levels.
Is this a Standalone Course?
CAP Infinity Intermediate can be taken as a standalone course or a continuation of CAP Infinity Basic. The choice depends on your level of experience and expertise. Beginners are encouraged to start with Basic to build a foundational understanding, while those with more experience may opt to begin with Intermediate.
How Do I Enroll?
Enrollment is straightforward. If you already have a CAAP Learn account, log in, select CAP Infinity Intermediate, and click 'Enroll.'

Course Completion and Certification:
After completing all modules, activities, and assignments and completing the final course survey, participants will receive a digital CAP Infinity Intermediate Certificate of Completion. This certification represents your personal achievement and signals your enhanced capability to contribute effectively within the Community Action network.
Tracking and Reporting Progress:
CAAP will maintain records of all participants who complete the course. Quarterly reports will be sent to Executive Directors/CEOs, and any specific requests for progress reports can be emailed to info@thecaap.org.
