CAP Infinity for Boards is CAAP's latest course that meets the Organizational Standards for board training, covering the history of community action, continuous improvement, and data basics. The course is designed to be completed asynchronously, or the lessons can be done together as a board with individual assignments to be completed independently.
What are the objectives of CAP Infinity for Boards? CAP Infinity for Boards is designed to help board members make better-informed decisions that benefit their community. Board members will gain insights into their community's financial and operational health and make decisions that optimize resources, improve member engagement, and enhance overall community performance. CAP Infinity for Boards can play a key role in board orientation to meet DCED directives.
How do I get access for my board to CAP Infinity for Boards?

Click SIGN UP and simply complete requested information (CAAP Learn accounts are for Pennsylvania Community Action Agencies only, and you will be asked to list your agency and role)

Let your board members often the CAAP Learn emails may go to junk/spam if they feel any communication was missed. (pssst… let them know it may go to junk).
How do they complete the course? Once your board members are in the course, learners can easily navigate through the three modules, completing activities at their own pace. Upon completion, users will be prompted to submit a survey and receive a certificate via email.

CAP Infinity for Boards Reporting
CAP Infinity for boards reporting will begin in 2024 to come with your CAP Infinity Staff reporting quarterly as well. If you’d like to request reporting for boards between regular reporting periods please request so by emailing info@thecaap.org.
